Dragon Boat Project The Dragon Boat project was commissioned by the Asian-American Renaisance and built by local Asian-American youth. Dragon boat races are a famouse attraction in Hong Kong harbor. In these races, the crew paddles furiously to the cadence set by the drummer in the bow.
