Maila Lee

Maila (they/them) first joined as an apprentice, before becoming a youth instructor, and then an apprentice instructor. Their time with Urban Boatbuilders helped them realize their passion for working with youths and helping them grow. Having already instructed several classes, they’re now also happy to continue working with UBB as a member of our Off-site Partnership Program.

Outside of work, you’ll find them detailing cars, and spending time with their family, partner, and snakes.
